Ramon Cabanillas Statue - Francisco Leiro statue loop from Cambados

Home of Ramon Cabanillas, Galician poet, European city of Wine 2017, Cambados must be visted! Intermediate hike of 10.7km, desnivel only 70m, walking time just under 3hours + stops, and as about half is on paved surfaces, this one will be more like a long Sunday stroll. Bastones not needed, but good shoes, and fitness! Although sunny, it won't be so warm, so bring something warm, water and snacks. There will be an opportunity to enjoy a drink on the seafront in the town afterwards.

Meet at the car park near the bus station in Cambados at 11:00am (see map). First-timers, if you sign up and need a lift from Vigo please say so - some of us have cars and can arrange a pickup (€5 towards fuel to the driver). If you sign up and change your mind, plase cancel no later than the day before - we won't wait for no-shows. Anyone who can offer a lift please say so!
