🧶 Felting is to compact wool in the shape you like.
This workshop is very special for me because I got the wool directly from the sheep of Quartierhof Wynegg where I work as a volunteer.🐏 In this workshop you learn how to work with wool from the very beginning: About the Walliser Landschaf sheep, washing, brushing and felting wool. We make felted balls wich you can use as small ornaments, present for your cat or other creations. You learn about natural wool and the material you need for this technique.
🪡 Material included: You will get natural wool, colored wool, special needles, finger protectors, soapy water and scissors. You will bring home your handmade cute felted balls.
🍺 One drink included for each participant (wine, tea, beer, juice, cola, gazosa…)
📍We go to a fairytale building close to the forest and river Riesbach at Burgwies tram station called Quartiertreff Hirslanden which was a farm in the past. It is now a cultural center, event place and a cozy Bistro where you can have some delicious handmade cake, soup drinks… https://www.qth.ch

🧶 En este taller aprenderás cómo hacer fieltro en seco. Fieltrar es compactar lana en la forma que más te guste. Este taller es muy especial para mí porque obtuve la lana directamente de las ovejas de Quartierhof Wynegg donde trabajo como voluntaria.
🐏 Aprenderás sobre las ovejas Walliser Landschaf, como lavar, cardar y afieltrar lana. Haremos bolitas de fieltro con diferentes colores o motivos que puedes usar como decoración, regalo para tu gato u otras creaciones. También aprenderás acerca de los materiales que necesitas para realizar esta técnica.
🪡 Material incluido: Agujas especiales para fieltro, lana natural de diferentes tonos, lana de colores, agua jabonosa, protectores de piel y tijeras.
🍹 Estás invitado a una bebida (vino, té, zumo, cola, cerveza, gaseosa…)
📍Vamos a un edificio de cuento de hadas llamado Quartiertreff Hirslanden en una preciosa localización cerca del bosque y el río Riesbach. Fue una granja y molino en el pasado y ahora es un centro cultural, lugar de eventos y un moderno Bar-Restaurante vegetariano donde puedes degustar deliciosas tartas, sopa y bebidas. https://www.qth.ch
