Iris Watercolor Workshop (Outdoors)

Iris and lilac are all around the place. Would you like to paint these flowers in the nature?

What do we do?
This workshop is fully practical. I show you how I paint flowers or what is around using watercolors with different examples. I teach you what is to paint on dry and on wet, layering, color mixture, fix mistakes (possible sometimes!) and motivate you to use your creativity outdoors. You can choose the beautiful iris or the view you want to paint and I guide you in the process.

Where do we go?
We go to Belvoir Park, one of the oldest landscape gardens in Zurich. It has many beautiful types of iris in all colors.
Magnolias, Japanese cherry blossoms and cherry plums enchant with their white and pink colors and turn Zurich into a big sea of blossoms. And it is a special recreation space with large meadows, big pools, old trees and calm and peaceful areas.

What is included?
Watercolors, brushes, watercolor paper, pencils, eraser and board.

How much does it cost?
45 Fr. per person, 35 Fr. if you came before to one of my workshops.
Payment by TWINT, Revolut or Bank transfer. Payment in advance (as soon as possible).

How do I sign up?
After you click on ´participate‘ I will send you a private message as soon as possible. Please check your meetup inbox. Notice that I need time to get ready for the workshop and that is why you should sign up in advance and receive a confirmation doing the payment.

Which languages do I speak?
English, Spanish and German (intermediate level).

What do you need to bring?
Hopefully sun lotion, a hat and a towel or a small chair to sit where you want.
A smile and desire to learn. Remember: What matters is not the result but the learning process. All levels are welcome!
