¡No necesitas ser flexible ni tener experiencia en KICKBOXING porque se trata de aprender en el momento, dar lo mejor de ti y divertirte durante el proceso!

These are KICKBOXING classes designed for everyone! You will be practicing KICKBOXING at the beach of LOS BOLICHES – FUENGIROLA!
You don't need to be flexible or experienced in KICKBOXING because it's all about learning at the moment, doing your best and having fun during the process!
After the class your body will feel energized and your mind will be calm. You will be stronger than everytime before.
