Hello everyone,
*Please kind read carefully*
It's safe to say many of us grew up in dysfunctional homes, toxic homes, even abusive homes. The result was, we didn't receive much guidance at home or school on how to truly cultivate a happy, healthy love life.
We certainly now know what an unhappy and unhealthy love life looks like but on this afternoon together we will explore, discover, acknowledge and remind ourselves what the real key ingredients are to the love we both yearn and deserve to have.
This will be a well organized, interactive and valuable afternoon as we dive deeper into the real meanings of love, romance, intimacy, honesty, boundaries, authentic communication, trust, self-awareness, affection, tenderness, vulnerability, passion, respect, appreciation and genuine care for one another.
*We will be joined by my other social groups too so we can anticipate a great afternoon and turn out
