[Hike - Beginner] ☀️ Milne Dam Loop Hike ☀️

The Milne Dam Loop is a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of Markham. This 5.3 km trail offers a serene, forested escape with stunning views of the water. With flat terrain and a moderate pace of 4-4.5 km/h, the loop takes up to 1.5 hours to complete.
We’ll begin at the main parking lot, head west, cross the Rouge River, and pass through Camp Chimo. Then, we’ll continue east through a wild and scenic forest, offering breathtaking views of the water. After emerging from the woods, we will head west, cross the suspended bridge, and return to the parking lot. Be sure to bring water and wear good hiking shoes.

The parking lot can be accessed via the McCowan entrance. Parking is free on weekdays.
