- Sunday's Weekly Review Accountability Party (WRAP) with Corey
Are you doing your Weekly Review this week? I hope the answer is yes!
Get ready for your Weekly Review and join us at the Weekly Review Accountability Party! We start at 4:00 PM Eastern every Friday. (Check the GTD Weekly Review Accountability Party channel in Personal Productivity Club for other WRAP events that might be happening throughout the week via https://www.personalproductivity.club/share/WqsPYo0hLap9JnHE?utm_source=manual.) This event is hosted by volunteer Corey M., so thank him for helping out when you see him!
What is the Weekly Review Accountability Party?
We are GTDers looking for greater accountability to setting aside time to perform our Weekly Reviews. This is a weekly event where you can join other GTDers who are doing their Weekly Reviews. Also, check out this episode of ProductivityCast, Episode 045, "Weekly Review: Getting Things Done (GTD)," via https://productivitycast.net/045 or your favorite podcast app!
* * * As of March 18, 2022, we have implemented additional security to keep the spammers/bots out of the WRAP. * * *
Please note the following:
1️⃣) Any old WRAP links are now ⛔ void. The new WRAP Zoom link is only accessible from within GTD Weekly Review Accountability Party (see this 🎥 video: https://vimeo.com/689262090/007ba50043).2️⃣) You must join Personal Productivity Club's GTD Weekly Review Accountability Party (https://www.personalproductivity.club/share/WqsPYo0hLap9JnHE?utm_source=manual) and have a Zoom.us account (so make sure to sign up for a free Zoom.us account--https://zoom.us/signup--only if you don't already have one).
3️⃣) You must be logged into that Zoom.us account when you click on that "Zoom" or "Meeting Link" link. So, before going to the GTD Weekly Review Accountability Party event page, go to https://zoom.us and log in, then click on the "Meeting Link" to join the WRAP.
Apologies for all this, but we want to make sure WRAP's are a time when you can have relaxed focus to get your Weekly Reviews done. Please message the Organizer if you have any questions.
WRAP Rules
- Please try to show up at the time of the Weekly Review Accountability Party (WRAP) with enough time to get into the Zoom meeting room before check-ins begin. We use Zoom, a video meeting software, to host this WRAP; you need to use the link provided inside Personal Productivity Club (see above), then download and install Zoom to connect with the group...it's free for you to do so.
- Start your video, say hello to the group, mix and mingle before we all get started.
I suggest, if you haven't done so before, complete the GTD-Q to know where you are at: https://gettingthingsdone.com/gtd-q/. (I do this before every Weekly Review to help me track how well my system is keeping me in the C&C quadrant. You may not wish to do this weekly; that's OK.)
We'll introduce ourselves briefly and/or do check-in's, and then we'll mute microphones and get started.
Start your Weekly Review. Stay on video for accountability, as you are able.
We allot two hours for the event, but some will do their Weekly Review in more time, some in less time. If we get to two hours and you're still working on your Weekly Review, that's fine. The host will end the Zoom, but you should keep going to complete yours, or find a time later in the the day or over the weekend to finish!

- Getting Things Done® Workbook Study Group (Jun 12 - Aug 14)
The Getting Things Done Workbook Study Group Cohort #2 is scheduled to start on June 12th! Join us!
David Allen and Dr. Brandon Hall published, The Getting Things Done Workbook: 10 Moves to Stress-Free Productivity, to help new and veteran GTD practitioners in their own work and life management systems. This Getting Things Done® Workbook Study Group is a working study group designed to cover the material in each of the 10 steps (and hopefully keep you accountable to accomplishing those 10 moves) from week to week throughout the study group’s term. Let’s get started (or renew our productive practices) with GTD together!

## What Is the Getting Things Done® Workbook Study Group?
I designed this program with the idea that if David Allen and Dr. Brandon Hall think that you will get started with or improve your Getting Things Done (GTD) practice faster with The Getting Things Done Workbook, then we’ll do even better with some guidance and accountability.
## Basic Details Summary
- Length: 10 weeks (June 12 - August 14)
- Time Investment: Approximately[masked] minutes each week
- Investment: 99.99 USD
- Where: Virtual/Online (Live Sessions will be recorded but will happen on Mondays at 5:00 PM / 17:00 EST)
## What You’ll Get From the Getting Things Done® Workbook Study Group
As a participant within the Getting Things Done® Workbook Study Group, you can expect to be challenged, and take away lots of new knowledge and wisdom from the group. You can also expect to…
- Access exclusive, live sessions, designed specifically for this study group.
- Meet likeminded GTDers who are also interested in deepening their learning about implementing GTD.
- Build a more well-informed GTD practice with all of your new GTD knowledge.
## What I Expect From You
As with any learning Program, you’ll learn more if you stay engaged with the material and actively participate in the community. Here are a few things that you can contribute to our study group, and get the most bang for your buck:
- Be active in the community. One of the best parts about the Getting Things Done® Workbook Study Group is that it’s a community inside Personal Productivity Club. Share your thoughts and ideas, and let us know what you’re learning as you work through the Moves from week to week.
- Engage with your GTDers. We’re all in this together, and we’ll learn a whole lot more (AND have more success implementing GTD skills and practices) if we help each other out.
- Ask and answer questions. Are you feeling stuck or confused? You’re not alone. We all do at times. We’re here for you. Share your quandaries, and we’ll help you work through them.
- Get your own copy of The Getting Things Done Workbook. You will need to purchase a copy of the GTD Workbook so you can follow along with the materials and exercises. Optional: it may be helpful to have copies of Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-Free Productivity and/or Making It All Work: Winning at the Game of Work and the Business of Life by David Allen.
- Attend the live sessions as you’re able to. We will record these sessions and make the replays available inside the study group.
Again, the Getting Things Done® Workbook Study Group is part of the larger community of Personal Productivity Club.
We’ve prepared for you to have some awesome breakthroughs in your GTD practice, and we’re so excited for you to get started. Happy GTDing!
