    Grown Up Games (GuG) is a 90-minute guided play session rooted in Waldorf movement games — the tradition that figured out decades ago that the best way to move a human being is to give them something ridiculous to chase.

    Some sessions have foam swords and Dodge Arrow. Some have Monkey Tag and Rock Paper Scissors Battle. All of them will make you laugh at yourself, push harder than you expected, and leave genuinely tired in a way the gym has never managed.

    What to Bring: You, your cool friends (the ones that are down to gug their hearts out), hydration (water), and comfy movement clothes. Be Ready to Get Sweaty!
