**Introductory Class**
**The Practice of Prostrations to the Thirty-five Confession Buddhas**

This preliminary practice enables us to purify negative actions through prostrations. We purify specific negative karma with the recitation of the 35 Buddhas' names and prostrations. This class and practice session will include instruction, recitation of the names of the 35 Confession Buddhas, and prostrations. One can engage in full-length or five-limb prostrations. Or you may simply place your hands in the prostration mudra at your heart.
