1/2 Day Retreat
Title: Impermanence
This retreat will enable practitioners to deepen their experience of impermanence by meditating on the 9-Point Meditation on Death. Each session will include pointing out instructions, prayers, and a guided meditation followed by a 15-minute break. We ask people to come at least 10 minutes before as we start promptly at 10 AM and want to ensure a quiet atmosphere for everyone.
