Join the Porto Guibook Community for a day trip to Castro Laboreiro, one of the most beautiful villages in Gerรชs National Park, the only national park in Portugal.

A day of nature, community and discovery. Leave the city behind, explore the mountains of Gerรชs and meet new people โ€” travellers, locals and members of the Porto Guibook Community.

We will visit the village of Castro Laboreiro, its medieval castle, the Roman bridge of Cava da Velha, the Ponte Velha and the landscapes of the Laboreiro river valley.

There will be time to walk, take photos and enjoy the peaceful mountain atmosphere.

The region is also known for its traditional mountain food. Participants may join a typical local restaurant or bring their own food and picnic in nature.
