I use a combination of breathwork meditation and sound healing to create a unique experience where we are able to deeply relax and rebalance our bodies, releasing any emotions or energies from the body that are holding us back from living out our highest potential.

Most people are not fully breathing during the day. When we are busy or under stress, our breaths are shallow, but the body is designed to breathe deeply into the belly. Breathing intentionally allows the body and mind the space to heal. With the breath, we are alkalizing the body, bringing in more oxygen and releasing more carbon dioxide. This chemical change in the body and brain facilitates healing from physical and emotional dis-ease.

I also incorporate a sound bath at the end of class. I use crystal bowls that emit specific sound frequencies, producing a therapeutic atmosphere for deep relaxation, nervous system balancing, and emotional release.

This class is a time for self-love. By creating this time in your day, you are showing yourself that you value your own well-being and are choosing a path toward self-actualization and personal growth. Through meditation, we become more aware of ourselves, allowing us to more easily live in our truth, and make more aligned actions in our daily lives.
