Hosted montly on the first Monday evening of each month and led by Reiki Master Teacher and Holistic Hypnotist, Diane Stakoe.

This informal gathering will provide guidance to center, ground, and raise our collective energetic frequency through the practice of meditation and visualization.

This restorative time is designed to help you reconnect, relax, and rejuvenate, promoting mental clarity, reduced stress, and a sense of inner calm.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator, this offering is open to all levels and provides a supportive environment to deepen your practice.
