*NOW ONLINE! - This is a FREE group Guided Meditation session/meetup is now taking place online - via Zoom. If you're interested in experiencing how Meditation, Mindfulness, Self Awareness, or a Gratitude Mindset, may help you to: reduce your stress, re-connect with yourself, find peace, strength, forgiveness, success, sleep better, be more productive, improve your focus, decision making or leadership skills, or enjoy healthier personal or business relationships - or you just desperately need some 'me or self-care time' -
Then this is the group for you!
All skill levels are welcome - from beginners to experienced meditators.
Open to ages 15yrs and over.
Each meditation session will have a basic introduction (to a chosen meditation topic) and a short guided meditation.
(I will 'guide' the meditation. Through gentle instruction step-by-step, you’re able to listen to my words/voice - letting go of the direction of your thought process - and focusing on the journey of the meditation or meditation topic itself).
You will also have the experience of being part of a group/collective meditation.
