Spring Equinox Calibration - Sound Healing Meditation

The spring equinox represents the struggle between darkness and light. It occurs when night and day will be equal and the journey of the sun to actually get there also signifies the journey of the universe. Daylight will start increasing and we will experience more illuminating light reminding us that light will always return to earth. The equinox is the representation of new life and light, new beginnings, path, and seeds. The day and night will be equal on March 19th, this equinox will also be a representation of our need for balance . It is a time for new beginnings, renewal, and growth. It's a time to start new projects, get rid of things that no longer serve us anymore and find the balance we need in life.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring your favorite yoga mat, blanket, or pillow.
Please turn off cell phones. When the meditation ends please stay quietly and peacefully on your mat and take in the healing vibes until everyone has had a chance to experience the Grounding Bowl.
