Sound Immersion

A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks.

Sound Baths at Healthy Alternatives Wellness Center improves focus, attention & reduces stress.

The Sound takes you down into a deep state of meditation automatically and that deep state helps dissolve your worries, and sets you up for a day of enhanced focus, creativity and energy. Meditation can bring happiness and lead to enlightenment. Sound energy healing focuses on creating vibrations that alter brain states, enabling shifts of consciousness which can affect overall health and wellness, Sound and music can be powerful tools in the healing process.
