Welcome to Gulp Fiction, a book club where great literature meets great libations. Whether you’re a fan of classic novels, contemporary literature, or anything in between, our group is all about diving deep into the books through discussion. But we don’t stop at just the stories – we equally enjoy the art of conversation over a glass of wine or a cold beer.
This is a space where beer and wine snobs are more than welcome, as we explore not only the author’s intent but also new and exciting drinks that pair perfectly with our latest read. So please bring your knowledge and expertise in this area. Whether you're a connoisseur or just curious about discovering something new, we aim to balance our love of literature with our passion for fine (or fun) drinks.
We meet every month or two at a local bar of our choosing – a relaxed, social setting where we can chat, laugh, and debate the best books. Gulp Fiction is for anyone 30-60 who enjoys good books and even better company.
