Group Fitness & Nutrition Community
Details
This is an inclusive group for ALL levels of fitness. I/or someone will make a powerpoint about either fitness or nutrition. It should be less than 10 Minutes, and have practical tips.
Afterwards, I will say some ideas/ tweaks I have learned about this week (Ex: food products that are tasty, and easy like walking Tamales!) Then we'll open it up to the group for their ideas.
After the social discussion we will break we'll warm up, then workout.
We will meet at the squat racks by the racquetball court. I will have a pair of orange leopard spot shoes on so I will be highly identifiable. If you cannot locate me my number is 907-440-1251.
