How to volunteer in Zürich

We are meeting for the second time about volunteering in Zürich with limited German skills – but this time in German

Zurich has 17 community centres – Gemeinschaftszentren, or GZ. They're free, open to everyone, and they're where a lot of neighbourhood life happens: open workshops, cafés, animals, concerts, festivals. Much of it is carried by volunteers.
If you'd like to be part of that but don't know where to start this call is for you – even if you are just learning German.
We'll cover what a GZ is, what kinds of volunteering exist, how much time it takes, and what you get out of it. And you can ask any questions – audio or chat.
