Habitual Yoga at The Giddy Goat Coffee Roasters: Welcome to your new weekly routine at your favorite watering hole!

Ticket includes one hour yoga session, house roasted coffee, donation to Habitual Root's Nonprofit, and a supportive community!

This is not your typical yoga class . The intention of this class is to create a space where we can come together as a community to move our bodies, expand our minds, explore our breath, and re-connect to ourselves and those around us. Our focus is on integrating this transforming yoga practice from the mat into our daily lives.

This is a 60 minute- all levels class yoga flow . Come prepared to activate your voice before and after class with community discussion on your intentions, your experience, and conscious -awareness topics in order to build positive habits of self care that induce growth both individually, and collectively.

After a peaceful and de-stressing yoga session, you are perfectly situated to head downstairs to sip on house roasted coffee! Enjoy, mingle, and/or start your work day- ready to go with a clear and focused mind!

How to find us: 1217 The Plaza, Charlotte, NC 28205 at 7:00 am. We will be upstairs.
Park in the Giddy Goat’s free parking lot off of The Plaza, in between The Whiskey Warehouse and Giddy Goat, across from Supperland.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in.
