Virtual Mentor Session Guidelines

• Turn your camera on when you join so the mentor knows who’s in the room.
• Keep your microphone muted until you’re invited to speak.
• Wait for the mentor to call on you before asking a question.
• Be concise and respectful when it’s your turn, so everyone gets a chance.
• Use the chat to queue questions or share context if requested.
• Be mindful of time and wrap up when prompted.
• No interruptions or side conversations while others are speaking.
