We're honored to welcome Manny Fernandez, angel investor, serial entrepreneur, and CNBC "Shark," for a talk on how founders raise money by telling a story worth backing.
Manny founded the SF Angels Group and co-founded DreamFunded, one of the first equity crowdfunding platforms. He's been named SF Angel Investor of the Year and one of Inc. Magazine's 33 entrepreneurs to watch, and has keynoted everywhere from SXSW to Stanford to Harvard.
If you've ever struggled to make your pitch land, this is the session for you.
After the talk, we keep the Community Project Day energy going.
This is your space to talk with Manny, polish your story, and collaborate with other innovators, hackers, creatives, and tinkerers.
We highly recommend bringing your 3-minute pitch story.
You're welcome to drop by and plug in. We'll share a few ideas and community project needs, but you're free to contribute however you like. This is all about co-creation and good vibes, with no pressure.
