Wikipedia & Wikimedia Community Hands-on Sharing

1. Introduce the basics on setting up Wikipedia for editing.
2. Run through tutorials as at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Workshop
3. Introduce Wikipedia/Wikimedia as a community
4. How to write/improve a biography article.

Required:

1. A laptop. Editing Wikipedia is best done on a laptop/desktop. While mobile and tablet devices can be used for editing as well, the interface is basic and harder to use.
2. For attendees who have yet to register an account on Wikipedia, please register a new account here.
