Every December, we have everyone spend five minutes talking about some topic or other – remember, it's a technical audience, so try a technical topic? – that they can speak on without much preparation. This is because December is placed between Thanksgiving and Christmas. which are family-centric times, so nobody should have to spend time developing a full presentation.
