Fermentation and Hard Cider Basics

We will cover the basics of turning apple cider into an alcoholic drink. This technique works for all fruit juices, so get creative!

This class is for attendees age 21 and up. The class is free for Hacksburg members and $5 for non-members. No underage class attendees permitted.
