Fermentation and Hard Cider Basics

We will cover the basics of turning apple cider (and other fruit juices) into an alcoholic drink. Works great with fresh cider from the Ninth Annual Hacksburg Cider Making!

This class is for attendees age 21 and up. The class is free for Hacksburg members and $5 for non-members. No underage class attendees permitted.
