For 50 years, HAI has dedicated itself to holding people in love, safety, and reverence as they walk the path of exploration of what it means to be fully human. Discover how your beliefs about love, intimacy and sexuality affect your personal relationships, body image and ability to find love.
Guided by skilled facilitators, participants make real and lasting changes in their lives. HAI workshops and events empower participants to celebrate their uncensored beauty and step into their personal power.
