# Meditation in Nature

Take a break from the everyday noise of life and join us for a peaceful meditation outdoors.

Whether you're completely new to meditation or have an established practice, you're welcome here.

We'll begin with a brief 10-minute guided meditation to help everyone settle in, followed by approximately 30 minutes of silent meditation.
There's something special about meditating in nature. The sound of birds, the gentle movement of the water, and the open sky can help us slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and experience a greater sense of calm and perspective. Sometimes simply sitting quietly outside reminds us that we're part of something much bigger than our daily to-do lists.

What to bring:

  • A blanket or chair to sit on
  • An open mind!

Where to meet:
East Boulder Community Center — we'll gather on the grass by the pond near the community center.
