Join us for a laid-back afternoon of badminton, laughs, and good company! No pressure, no competition — just fun games, friendly rallies, and meeting new people. Perfect for beginners or anyone just looking to unwind midweek. We will be sharing the courts with all that attend pick up badminton at the rec centre.

Fee:

FREE with a valid Hamilton Recreation Membership
$6.17 if you don’t have a membership (pay at the front desk)

What to Expect:

Friendly, casual games (not a tournament)
Doubles and/or rotating partners depending on turnout
Equipment available to borrow if you don't have your own
Great way to stay active and make new friends!

Note :
Try to bring your own racquet, the recreation centre’s racquets aren’t that good quality .
If you want to do something before or after badminton, the recreation centre change rooms have hot dry sauna if you want to warm up and stretch.
