Tomah is one of my FAVORITE Hamilton restaurants, I'm excited to host an event so more people can experience.

Tomah serves authentic Syrian cuisine and is making a delightful return to Hamilton! Their new location at 242 King Street West promises to bring back those beloved regional flavors to the downtown dining scene.

Tomah’s menu celebrates the breadth of Syrian cuisine, which is deeply influenced by Mediterranean freshness, Middle Eastern spice traditions, and centuries of culinary exchange along ancient trade routes.

Tomah’s entrées lean on grilling and slow marination, two hallmarks of Syrian cooking. Proteins are carefully seasoned with blends like cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic, and sometimes a hint of cinnamon for depth.
