About us

We're a group of blacksmiths and blacksmithing enthusiasts who get together regularly to work at the forge, share techniques, and build community around this ancient craft. Whether you've been hammering metal for years or you're picking up tongs for the first time, there's a place for you here. We meet to work on our own projects, help each other troubleshoot problems, and just enjoy the meditative rhythm of working with fire and steel.

Our sessions are pretty informal. You'll find people working on everything from kitchen knives and garden tools to decorative pieces and larger commissions. We're here to support each other's learning and keep the craft alive in our community. If you're interested in blacksmithing but don't have access to a forge or equipment, this is a great way to try it out. If you already have your own practice, it's a solid way to be around other people who get why this work matters.

Come as you are, bring your ideas, and let's make something together. We're looking for folks who are genuinely interested in the work itself and enjoy being part of a community of makers.
