Profs & Pints: The Science of Making Friends
Details
If you're a member of Adventure-Us, then making friends is important to you! Find out more about the Science of Making Friends from Marisa G. Franco, assistant clinical professor of psychology at the University of Maryland’s Honors College and author of the New York Times best-seller Platonic: How the Science of Attachment Can Help You Make—and Keep—Friends.
FORMAT
This lecture is part of the Profs & Pints series at Guilford Hall Brewery. They typically set up round tables on the upper floor, and the speaker can roam the room and interact with the audience. Of course you can order drinks and food, and the doors open early at 3:00. We're planning to meet at 3:30 to give us plenty of time to find seats together, eat, and chat.
