Hiking for Jimmy Carter Center #1 - OV Pier beach hike r/t Willoughby Spit <5 mi

NOTE although we park at Sarah constant public parking area, we will MEETUP at the front of the ocean view pier and begin our walk along the beach to Willoughby spit and back/option will be to come back along the beach or, as the group prefers and weather allows, maybe along the inside of Little Bay the backstreet way, hike is approximately 2.3 miles each way
