First Landing Hike. 9-11 miles.

Possible last hike of the year for me with the holidays upon us.
Hitting 5 different trails from the eastern side of the park. Not 100% sure on the mileage, but have hiked here numerous times.

First Landing State Park in VB.
Meetup will be at the very small lot(10 spots?) on the right past the ranger station when entering from 64th Street. Hopefully I’m parked there. Black Cadillac with trunk open. If not, I’m easy to spot with a long orange beard just hanging out. $7 to enter, or park outside the gates on 64th Street & it’s a short walk in for free. REI receipt will get you in for free too.

Arrive a few minutes early so we can hit the trails on time. About 5-10 minutes leeway at most before I set out.
Please only confirm in one of the groups on FB/MU so it’s easier for me to get an accurate head count.

20min/mile pace is what we average.
All trails considered relatively flat & easy.
Dogs must be leashed if bringing.
Portopotty available at parking lot.
Weather cancellation would be night before since this is early hike. Sunday looks good so far.
