CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Filipino cuisine comes from over a hundred different cultural groups across the Philippines. Most popular Filipino dishes come from the food traditions of these groups and native tribes. Over time, these dishes developed from native (mainly Austronesian) roots and were influenced by Chinese, Spanish, and American cooking. These influences were blended with local ingredients to suit Filipino tastes.

So come meet Chef Angel Austria and let her share the secrets of her native cuisine with you. Chef Angel was born and raised in the Philippines and studied culinary arts at The Academy for International Culinary Arts (AICA) in Pasig City, Philippines. She will teach you how to make the authentic lumpia that you crave along with other tasty and native Filipino dishes using authentic ingredients and recipes that have been used by her family for centuries.

DESCRIPTION:
Step into an evening where culinary artistry meets social connection at the Untamed Supper Club - new for 2026. Our supper club experience is more than just a meal—it's a curated journey of flavors, ambiance, and community. Dine at communal tables and make new friends while enjoying Chef Mary’s specially crafted four course meal. Guests can nosh on fresh bread and a relish tray while enjoying a specialty crafted cocktail and waiting for all attendees to arrive. Once all guests are seated dinner will begin with passed hors d’oeuvres followed by a plated course of freshly made soup or salad. The main course consists of two different, but complimentary entrée’s served family style, followed by a plated dessert course. Specialty crafted cocktails will be available for purchase as well as beer and wine. Guests will be entertained by a culinary or mixology demonstration during the evening and digital recipes of the menu and cocktails will be provided. The evening will conclude with a traditional complimentary sparkling wine toast to a great meal and new acquaintances!
