DESCRIPTION:
Step into an evening where culinary artistry meets social connection at the Untamed Supper Club - new for 2026. Our supper club experience is more than just a meal—it's a curated journey of flavors, ambiance, and community. Dine at communal tables and make new friends while enjoying Chef Mary’s specially crafted four course meal. Guests can nosh on fresh bread and a relish tray while enjoying a specialty crafted cocktail and waiting for all attendees to arrive. Once all guests are seated dinner will begin with passed hors d’oeuvres followed by a plated course of freshly made soup or salad. The main course consists of two different, but complimentary entrée’s served family style, followed by a plated dessert course. Specialty crafted cocktails will be available for purchase as well as beer and wine. Guests will be entertained by a culinary or mixology demonstration during the evening and digital recipes of the menu and cocktails will be provided. The evening will conclude with a traditional complimentary sparkling wine toast to a great meal and new acquaintances! The first Untamed Supper Club will feature a seasonal winter themed menu of classic supper club fare consisting of:
Hors d’oeuvres - Passed Family
Style Pear, Brie & Prosciutto Crostini’s Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates with Pistachios
Appetizer course - Plated & Served
Roasted Butternut Squash & Apple Bisque with spiced croutons & sage cream
Main Course - Served Family
Style Red Wine Braised Beef & Wild Mushroom Ragu with Pearl Onions served atop of hand cut Pappardelle topped with Burrata
Chicken Fricassee – Classic French Braised Chicken in Creamy White Wine sauce served with Garlic whipped potatoes, sauteed haricot verts & roasted carrots
Dessert Course - Plated & Served
Caramel Apple Bread Pudding with a Spiced Bourbon Glaze
Water, Iced Tea, and Coffee provided with dinner. Beer, Wine, Bourbon, and Specialty Cocktails available for purchases Guests must be 21 or older to consume alcohol with a valid ID
