We’re so excited to announce a new monthly series where Free Life will be rolling up our sleeves and showing up for our community through hands-on volunteer events. Every month, we’ll be partnering with local nonprofits and small businesses to give back—because at the heart of Free Life is service, joy, and showing up with purpose.

When you live alcohol-free, you gain the freedom, clarity, and capacity to give fully—and we believe that’s something worth celebrating.

To kick things off, we’re teaming up with our friends at Le Chéile Collective for a Paint & Sip Courtyard Cleanup this Friday, May 3rd at 9:30 AM at Juan’s Books (2501 Fawn Street, NFK). We’ll be cleaning, painting, and planting in a space that means so much to us—Juan’s Books has generously hosted our monthly Sober Storytelling nights, and we want to give back to this beloved third space.

Free drinks from Love Child will be flowing, and we’ll be there for the morning—come by for 30 minutes, an hour, or as long as you can.

We’re so excited to partner with the beautiful Pagoda in Norfolk to bring you The Great Curious Cocktail Party—the launch of our new monthly non-alcoholic happy hour!

Join us May 14th from 6–8 p.m. for delicious booze-free cocktails from Curious Elixirs, plus NA beer, wine, and small bites for purchase. No registration needed—just show up, sip, and enjoy the garden vibes.
