Join us for 757 is for Wellness, a community wellness experience bringing together the best of the mind, body, and spirit community in Hampton Roads for a full day of connection, healing, and inspiration at Back Bay Farmhouse Brewery in Virginia Beach.

This free community event will feature a curated wellness market filled with local vendors, practitioners, artists, and businesses focused on holistic living, movement, healing, creativity, and community. Guests can explore offerings including handmade goods, baked treats, books, regenerative health resources, psychic readings, aura photography, life coaching, metaphysical supplies, candles, fitness instruction, flower bouquet making, raffles, and more.

Throughout the day, we’ll also host live donation-based wellness experiences and demonstrations including:
• Yoga
• Breathwork
• Banded workouts
• Belly dancing
• Past life regression
• Talks from wellness and industry leaders

Whether you’re deeply involved in wellness or simply curious and looking for a positive way to spend the day, 757 is for Wellness was created to celebrate and support the growing wellness community in Hampton Roads while helping people discover new businesses, healing modalities, and opportunities for connection.
