This class will show you how to be happy on a far more regular basis, and reach even greater levels of joy and bliss.
One could spend lifetimes walking in long, aimless circles in pursuit of happiness. Surely, along with the sorrows, you'll find pleasures and successes along the way, but this is not the same as deep fulfillment and happiness.
Instead of aimless wandering, why not follow a map? A map that already has a long history of helping millions and millions of souls find their way to happiness? Buddhism is that map. For over 2000 years, humans have found deep peace, immense joy, balance and empowerment simply by following this map.
Beginner and seasoned meditation practitioners are welcome. People of all walks of life are welcome. People of all ages welcome, though this class is designed for college/university students and young professionals.

ETIQUETTE
Etiquette is very important for meditation webinars:
- Be a 2 mins early or on time
- If you are more than 5 mins late, you can try to join the webinar; though you may not be let it. In this case, no worries, please attend the following week. It's a meditation class, we hope you understand.
- Tidy your space, no distractions, no eating, etc.
- Bring the same focus as you would bring to class in person. No one casually listening in.
- Camera on please, if you can. Seeing each other fosters trust and a sense of community. If you cannot for some reason, no worries.

As Chitananda teaches it, Buddhism is a psychology that leads the practitioner to peace, balance, happiness, and success in all of life’s pursuits. It can be integrated with your life, no matter your personal background.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We begin with a short meditation. Chitananda teaches a uniquely uplifting style of meditation. Then, he will speak about The Path of Happiness as it relates to living and working in this modern-day world, with all of its challenges. Then, a slightly longer meditation. You may ask questions after class if you like.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
Chitananda has worked for many years as a Software Developer and Project Manager for some of the largest tech companies in Silicon Valley, California. He has also co-founded a tech startup, serving as CEO. Chitananda is also a Career & Spirituality Coach, with a proven record of lifting his people in position, salary and in state of mind.
Chitananda has also studied Buddhism, in a heart-centered tradition, for over 20 years. He has applied these ancient teachings to many arenas in life including athletics, academics, family life, and career.
