By registering for and attending “Know Your Heart – Health Talk by Dr. Tan Yong Seng”, you agree to the following terms:

• Each ticket admits one person.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Admission is confirmed only upon full payment and organiser confirmation.

### ⏰ 2. Punctuality

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the event begins.
• Entry may be restricted for latecomers to avoid disruption.

### 🧬 3. Health Screening Inclusions

• Each ticket includes:
• In-Body Body Composition Test
• AGE Scanner (Biological Age Test)
• These health screenings will be conducted after the talk on the same day.
• Analysis of your results will be arranged by separate appointment on another date.
• Screening and analysis sessions are non-transferable and must be completed within the stated validity period.

### 🎥 4. No Video or Audio Recording

• Photography, video, or audio recording during the event is strictly prohibited to respect the privacy of the speaker and participants.
• Official photos may be taken by the organiser with prior consent.

### 🔐 5. Personal Data & Communication

• Your name, contact number, and email will be collected for:

• Appointment scheduling
