¡Hola! If you are learning Spanish or speak Spanish and you're in the Providence / Bristol area, we hope you'll join us! At each Happy Hour we'll speak Spanish with other students and native speakers. Have a beer to relax your tongue, pick your Spanish name, and we'll practice together in a friendly environment! ;)
How our Spanish Meetups Work:
1. What we do? We get together every month to meet new friends and speak Spanish. Students and native speakers alike are welcome. This event is 100% Spanish speaking, not an exchange. You don't need to be fluent, but you do need to be willing to try to speak in Spanish. It's the best way to learn :)
2. What if I don't know anybody? No pasa nada ;) We're building a friendly community of Spanish speakers. Not everyone will know each other, but we often have an ice breaker and other activities to encourage people to get to know each other.
3. How much does it cost? It's free! But we do meet at commercial establishments so we ask that you consume something. And it doesn't have to be alcohol ;).
4. How do I sign up? Easy, just join the group and click the RSVP. You can always cancel before if you aren't able to make it.
We keep our meetup free from the sponsorship from Happy Hour Spanish's Online Spanish Immersion Course ( https://www.happyhourspanish.com ). Ask your organizer for more details.
