#OptOutside 5/10K Group Walks - Gemini Springs

Join the Happy Wanderers for our #OptOutside after Thanksgiving event at Gemini Springs in DeBary. Register on-site between 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. for a GROUP WALK of 5K or 10K.
We'll meet at the picnic bench near our pavilion (#4) from last year's event. This will be a group(s) walk with all of us starting together and then the 5K group splitting off at the appropriate place. The 5k (3.1 miles) trail remains within the park itself, while the 10k (6.2 miles) trail includes a visit to the neighboring community of DeBary and the DeBary Hall Historic Site. We recommended closed-toe shoes / sneakers and clothing appropriate to a nature area. Sunscreen is also recommended.
$4.00 event fee. IVV Credit & stamps will be available.
Join club members after the walk for lunch at a nearby local restaurant!

Gemini Springs Park
37 Dirksen Drive, DeBary, FL 32713
Located off I-4 between Orlando and Daytona Beach. From I-4, take Exit 108 toward Deltona/DeBary. Turn RIGHT at bottom of exit lane onto Dirksen Drive for 1.6 miles to entrance of Gemini Springs Park, on your left. Turn LEFT into park, then follow signs for the East Parking Area - LEFT at T and then RIGHT into East Parking. From parking, take sidewalk to Pavilion 4. (follow "Walk Starts Here" signs.)
