What we’re about

This group is for anyone interested in improving their lives or those simply wanting to thrive using whole food or plant based nutrition. We welcome all - from those taking the first baby step of trying to tolerate more color on their plate to seasoned vegans who are interested in exploring the potential benefits of the whole food side of a plant-based diet.

Of particular focus will be weight-loss, reversing chronic conditions, finding ways to make whole-food taste incredible and building a supportive community. This group is intended to be non-judgemental and inclusive. So while all recipes will be vegan, non-vegans on the journey to better health are encouraged to attend as well. We won't be discussing the ethics of food choices - only sometimes educating about the impacts of various food choices and finding better ways to make whole-food plant-based delicious and sustainable.
