Welcome to the Hartford meditation meetup group! Jyoti Meditation is a practice of meditation on the inner Light taught by Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj and promoted by Science of Spirituality. It is a simple meditation technique used to help participants invert their attention and connect with their inner source. Meditation has many practical benefits, helping to reduce stress-related illnesses, improve our concentration, and awaken us to our spiritual nature. In meditation, we withdraw our attention from the senses and world around us. This allows us to gradually release thoughts of the past and worries about the future so that we live in the present moment and connect with a source of divinity within.
