About Stephanie Exner, Founder & Director
Steph is a nature and animal-loving mom of 4 with a passion for supporting fellow women in business. She leads the Harvest vibe with her relaxed and go-with-the-flow attitude, and always encourages women to be themselves and show up exactly as they are.

Born and raised in Northern California, Steph now calls South Pasadena home and can't get enough of the mountains, deserts and beaches of California.

    Power Walk | Playa Vista Trails
    We’ll start with a casual group walk along the scenic, mostly flat trails in Playa Vista. This is your time to chat, share what you’re working on, and meet other women in a natural, low-pressure environment.
    Infants and dogs are welcome to join—this is a community-centered experience where everyone belongs.
    Lunch & Networking | Urban Plates
    After the walk, we’ll head to Urban Plates for a relaxed lunch. Enjoy great food (available for purchase) while continuing conversations and deepening new connections.

    Audrey Wang is a Certified High Performance Coach, facilitator, and corporate trainer, and the founder of Invitation to Succeed. She works with executives, entrepreneurs, and teams to elevate performance, communication, and leadership.
    Audrey brings a thoughtful and empowering approach to her work, helping women step into clarity, confidence, and aligned success.

    Carlyn Carter is a human resources consultant serving small businesses and nonprofits across California. Since 2020, she has helped founders navigate complex employment regulations, build strong HR foundations, and create workplaces where teams thrive.
    Carlyn holds a BA and MA in Psychology from USC and an MSHR from Pepperdine. She brings a background in teaching, research, and social work — and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. As your Mariposa chapter director, she’s here to make sure you walk away with more than a business card.

    4:00 – 5:30 PM | Happy Hour at Fluid State Brewery
    After the hike, we’ll head to Fluid State Brewery for a relaxed happy hour. Grab food or drinks (available for purchase) and continue conversations with new and familiar faces!

    ### Meet Your Host: Nicole Meyer

    Nicole Meyer is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in women’s health and pelvic pain. She supports women in understanding their bodies, improving mobility, and addressing root causes of discomfort.
    Nicole takes a thoughtful, analytical approach to healing. She has advanced training in TMJ and headache treatment and is a certified Schroth Scoliosis therapist. Her work focuses on helping women feel strong, aligned, and supported in their daily lives.

    This month, we’re meeting at Project Rewear, making a coffee stop at Longevity Coffee and then wrapping it up at The Mad Attic for all the treasures!
    Each month, we meetup with Lulu as she guides us to her favorite local thrift shops in the Conejo Valley — sharing her tips, favorite finds, and the magic of discovering hidden treasures.

    It’s about easy conversation, community, and doing something fun together.
