About Stephanie Exner, Founder & Director
Steph is a nature and animal-loving mom of 4 with a passion for supporting fellow women in business. She leads the Harvest vibe with her relaxed and go-with-the-flow attitude, and always encourages women to be themselves and show up exactly as they are.
Born and raised in Northern California, Steph now calls South Pasadena home and can't get enough of the mountains, deserts and beaches of California.
Aside from developing Harvest, Steph is currently focusing on expanding her skills in outdoor lifestyle photography :)

Who is Crystal?
I’m Crystal—a realtor, investor, and founder of Studio Type A, a creative real estate, investment and design studio. I love the intersection of beauty and function, and I believe a well-designed, beautiful space can totally shift the energy of your life.
As a realtor, I’m drawn to the emotional side of the job—helping people through big life transitions, whether it’s saying goodbye to a longtime home or stepping into something they’ve always dreamed about.
I’m also a proud mom of two spirited little girls, which means I’ve learned to negotiate with toddlers, agents and contractors alike. When I’m not working, you’ll find me road-tripping in our RV, scouting good wine and great food, or tinkering with my next big idea.What is Harvest Goal Collective?
