Welcome Circle
We’ll kick off by gathering together for introductions and a quick rundown of how this works. Nothing formal, just a chance to put names to faces and set a friendly tone.
2. Guided Conversations (45–60 min)

Here’s where the magic happens. We’ll use the BestSelf Icebreaker Deck to guide a few rounds of conversations in pairs or as a groups.
3. Closing Circle (10–15 min)

Here are a few prompts to start thinking about for your introduction:

  1. What’s something you’re excited about right now – in work or life?
  2. Is there anything you’re currently looking for – a connection, idea, resource, or support?
  3. What’s a hobby, passion project, or side hustle that brings you joy?
