Guided Forest Bathing Hike (Tujunga, CA)
Details
Spending extended time in nature is one of my favorite ways to step away from the day-to-day of screens, city noise, and constant to-do lists and I invite you to experience the slow-down with me.
Forest Bathing Nature Reset (4 Hours) (Tujunga, CA – 45 mins north of LA)
Need a real break from the city – without committing a whole weekend?
This 4-hour forest bathing experience is a simple, immersive way to step out of screens, noise, and routines and back into nature. It’s grounded, low-key, and designed for anyone who misses the quiet calm that comes from time in nature.
Set along the shaded paths, the hike follows the babbling brook (or roaring creek if it’s rained recently), creating a naturally calming backdrop the entire way.
What We’re Doing
- 3 hours of moderate hiking along the creek (3.6 miles out and back) Led by Stephanie Exner, co-founder of Harvest
- 1 hour of guided forest bathing in intentional quiet (during this time, you may sit still, journal, roam close by and explore, or simply pay close attention to nature in whatever way you enjoy) Led by Ashley DelBello, breathwork and meditation practitioner
No meditation experience or sharing required.
This is:
- A calm, accessible way to reset your mind
