About Stephanie Exner, Founder & Director
Steph is a nature and animal-loving mom of 4 with a passion for supporting fellow women in business. She leads the Harvest vibe with her relaxed and go-with-the-flow attitude, and always encourages women to be themselves and show up exactly as they are.
Born and raised in Northern California, Steph now calls South Pasadena home and can't get enough of the mountains, deserts and beaches of California.
Aside from developing Harvest, Steph is currently focusing on expanding her skills in outdoor lifestyle photography :)

Think deep, intentional stretching, gentle yoga poses, and some joyful free movement to help you move through emotions and leave feeling lighter.Kathleen’s mission is to give her clients a state of grace, a journey within, a place of slow beauty, and a connection of mind, body, and spirit. It’s exactly why we’re so excited to share her work with you, and why we know you’ll love this experience as much as we do.
Kathleen Van Dusen is a licensed cosmetologist, holistic esthetician, and energy practitioner with over 30 years in the beauty and entertainment industries. Her work combines intuitive techniques with solid credentials, offering a unique blend of skincare, energy work, and holistic wellness.
She works almost exclusively with Dr. Hauschka Skin Care and incorporates Shakti Reiki, Chakra Alignment, Lymphatic Therapy, workshops, and retreats to support deep healing and help clients connect mind, body, and spirit.

As a realtor, I’m drawn to the emotional side of the job—helping people through big life transitions, whether it’s saying goodbye to a longtime home or stepping into something they’ve always dreamed about.
