Welcome seekers of calm! This is a safe and gentle space, where you can slow down, relief stress and anxiety, deeply relax and finally meet yourself.

I am Marie — certified psychologist and yoga teacher. I combine psychology and body-based practices to help you move from stress to a grounded, stable state.

At our events, you will:
– release physical and mental tension through simple, guided movement;
– learn techniques you can use in daily life to reduce anxiety;
– experience deep relaxation without «switching off»;
– reconnect with your body and feel safe inside it again.
